A Wedding at Isola Bella Borromeo Lake Maggiore – Villa Palazzo Aminta

Villa Aminta hadn’t yet inaugurated the season and was completely reserved for this wedding. The whole building and staff were therefore totally dedicated to Ushma and Sid’s guests.

The couple are two Londoners with Indian origins who got married here on March 30th. The first wedding of the season couldn’t have been better and was brilliantly organised by the amazing wedding planner, Angelo Garini, who took care of every detail during the entire day at Villa Garini and Cà Bianchetti.

The ceremony was conducted by Blessings From Italy and took place in this beautiful lakeside villa.
Isola Bella is a dream and we couldn’t miss the opportunity to take photos before the sun soon descended behind the mountains!
The gardens of the Isola Bella are crazy and we were also fortunate because it was closing time and there were hardly any tourists.

The evening took place in a hall at Villa Aminta where Angelo’s artistic flair for flowers and in the mise en place made a huge difference.

For this wedding I was joined by Vittore Buzzi, a great friend and mentor.
