Wedding in Positano
Positano, the town meetings.
I arrived Positano on the day before the wedding, in the afternoon I decided to do an inspection of the places where the ‘next day Thea and Robin will celebrate their wedding in this crazy place.
As a first step I went to Hotel Miramare, here I met the manager Rosita that welcomed me as a friend and I was filled with valuable information and guidance to move in this beautiful village.
Rosita was the first pleasant discovery of this wedding adventure.
I move to the town all that it is not just around the corner.
Imagine the hot of Positano , the smell of lemons that comes from trees looking to the sea … so after a couple of heart attacks 😀 and 20 minutes uphill I found it.
Hooping to see the terrace where the ceremony will be held I meet Maria, an employee of the municipality that takes care of marriages, she took me to the terrace, showed me the view and all the details.
Also here I found a caring person, qualities not common and certainly not foregone due to the millionth photographer who comes here.
Maria is the second discovery of Positano.
Well, the visits are almost done, just missing the restaurant Le Terrazze but it is so easy to find, believe me.
After a fantastic fish dinner I went to bed early, tomorrow we will dance!
They are both such funny persons.
We were immediately well together, we had fun in this great adventure on the Amalfi Coast.
Here is the third discovery in Positano, Fabio and Luigi.
The day has flown, the bride and groom were radiant and with an old FIAT 500 we went around Positano, you can’t imagine how small it is :)!
I was stuck in the seat facing backwards to take some pictures of the bride and groom, it started to drizzle, the 500 was a cabrio!
At one point I hear calling my name … “Matteoooo” … I looked up there was Fabio following us on a Vespa, driving with one hand and with the other holding the camera and filming …
Don’t you believe me ? Here’s the proof:
This was my adventure in Positano, tomorrow I leave for Capri, the find out other great people .
Some pictures that describe the wedding better than my words:
