I shoot a lot couples and engagements in Lake Como, and weddings as well.
I know very well the area, the Villas and the best Italian villages with great places as backdrop for the photos. Just a few ideas: Varenna with Villa Monastero and the old typical streets, Bellagio with the gardens of Villa Melzi and its stairs or the beautiful Villa del Balbianello. Lake Como is a great place for a romantic vacation and a photo shooting of course.
All the places I mentioned hare overlooking the lake, have typical architecture and fantastic flowers of the botanical gardens. A boat tour would also allow us to visit more locations and ride so close to the surrounding mountains. My approach to couple photography is very natural, it’s like a romantic walk, with candids but also styled shoots. You should just have fun and I will do the rest.
